Hi, i just went to the toilet and as i got up i found a big string of yellow gooey stuff clming frim my vagina??
It would be hard to explain the substance found based on the details you provided. This may be discharge from the genital glands or a sign of infection. Studying the sample under a microscope can explain about the substance.

I just started my period but it is lighter than usual and when I wiped the toilet paper had brownish gooey stuff on it what does this mean?
it actually doesnt mean anything specific. You are just having scant flow. if you have been having regular periods so far and if this is the first time you are noticing scant flow, you need not worry. if this condition persists, you need to be investigated for harmonal imbalance most important of which is thyroid imbalance
why do white stuff come out my vagina?
it looks like wet pieced of toilet paper and after I pee and clean myself it hurts
white cotton-like vaginal discharge (leucorrhea) is usually a sign of vaginal candidosis (or yeast infection). It is not an STD but due to abnormal proliferation of vaginal yeast cells properly due to changes in vaginal acidity or foreign body such as penis or vaginal douching etc. You require antifungal treatment either vaginally or orally. See a doctor for evaluation.
