The possible foods that cause gout are protein rich food..Again diet, genetic predisposition,and decreased renal excretion of urate could all be reasons for gout. Once a person is diagnosed with gout,the foods that need to be avoided are 1. high protein foods..like non-veg, fish, meat,eggs, certain pulses 2. Alcohol especially beer 3.Carbonated bevererages

hi, limit intake of foods rich in uric acid like meat, shell fish, beans etc. reduce alcohol- avoid beer. you may use simple pain killers but they will only reduce symptoms. hope this helped.
