Hello. Ive been having a lot of indigestion lately after eating. I might have IBS, ive never been diagnosed by a doctor though. I also get a lot of gas pains
Digestion basically depends upon the type of food eaten as well as the time taken to chew and frequency of feed. If there is some imbalance in any of the above, it leads to indigestion and gas problem. Improve your eating habit, eat healthy and light food with proper chewing and drink lot of water and liquids before thinking for IBS.
Eat healthy, be healthy!!
