Mr Santosh , as gallbladder is a sac hanging upside down so no way which can expel stones , surgery is only one option.
However in my whole practical life of 35 years I have seen ( heard ) one case where due to conservative treatment stones expelled from gallbladder, but I don't believe. Surgery best thing. Good luck. Dr. HET
