Hello, Thanks for the query to H.C..M.Forum. Since age is 44 years, so pain may be infection in the liver or gallbladder , get in an ultrasound of the part. If not ,then consider pain in the lower lobe of lung. Mere mention of pain is not a sufficient history. If possible upload X ray of chest. Good luck. Dr. HET
