Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for your query.
Neck pain treatment generally begins with conservative care in the form of pain medications, heat/ice therapy, and even physical therapy and muscle conditioning. If the patient is involved in some high-risk activities, perhaps certain types of recreational activities, impact-type activities, heavy weight-lifting, we might restrict them there.
I do hope that you have found something helpful and I will be glad to answer any further query.
Take care
