Stomach Discomfort, Frequent Urination, Stomach Cramps, Spotting. Negative Hpt. Tapeworm?

Hi, I am a healthy nineteen year old girl and was wondering what causes this strange wiggling feeling in my stomach? It has been going on for months now and I am urinating a lot and starting to cramp in my stomach although it is not period cramps because I finished my period a while ago. It did come 4 months late but it finally showed though for a shorter period of time and not as heavy. Also very dark and spotting more like. I have taken hpt and they ve all been negative. I ve also been eating a lot but losing weight like crazy although my stomach pokes out now. Help me I am begining to suspect a tapeworm.

Hi, as you suspect there might some worms in the intestine. Or there may be hyperacidity, or allergy to the foods, like milk and milk products.
The other possibility is urinary tract infection, small stones in the urinary tract , ovarian cyst, or anemia.
So i advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.
