Head Tremor On Relaxing Neck Muscles, Severe During Exhaustion, Frequent Headaches And Neck Pain. Remedy?
I am a 32 year old female and I have recently developed a head tremor . It s a no-no movement and only happens when I relax my neck muscles. It seems to be more severe when I m exhausted. The tremor does happen when I lay down if I m relaxed. I don t know if it happens in my sleep. I m also having daily headaches and neck pain .
