You could be having a urinary infection.
That would cause foul smelling urine.
Also, leakage sometimes is caused by infection too, or mild laxity of the muscles down there.
please see a Gynecologist for an internal check up and go through urine examination ,microscopy and culture tests.
Difference between normal urination and diabetic urination

Recurrent urination ( many times in a day) with slightly turbid ( due to sugar) may be due to diabetes.
Normal urine amber color with mild urea type smell.
