Soft, Orange stool. Nausea, acid reflux. Weakness
Orange diarrhea can be caused by food or supplements which contain orange food coloring, food with artificial yellow or orange coloring, or foods such as carrots, collard greens, fresh thyme, kale, sweet potatoes, spinach, turnip greens, winter squash.

Do not get worried. Hope this helps.
What would yellow capsule like substance in stool be? This is what i found year olds stool.
It is not food remnents.
White objects in the stools can be food matter, Steatorrhea (fat in stools), Cysts of worms, worms, and other foreign material. If there are no symptoms, it is less worrisome. However I would still encourage you to consider deworming.
