Is It Safe To Try Ketogenic Paleo Diet Being Diabetic?

Hell put weighto, I am a 54 year old female with diabetes. I have put on about 10kgs in the last 5 -6 years and can t seem to budge it. i wonder if it would be safe to try the (I would imagine) ketogenic paleo diet and how I may best regulate my insulin/sugar levels. i know my endo would be the best to help me with the insulin intake but I just thought you might havesome generic advice considering your experience with this particular diet.

Dear sir

Most of the diet are ketogenic which we follow in diabetes like fats, proteins and carbohydrate.

Even the normal routine metabolism will take anaerobic route to form ketone bodies. So it recommended to do aerobic exercises which decreases the production of ketone bodies

Ketone bodies when formed will cause acidosis which may cause increased sugar levels and dehydration..

Thanks
