Are you sure it is in wind pipe . There was initial cough , breathing difficulty & chocking present . If yes Ask your Friends to give Heimlich manoeuvre ( Give push on lower chest from behind by both hand ) if chocking present. If there is breathing problem go to emergency . It will melt but require around 30 min & get absorbed in blood . Hope above information helpful to you , take care.

As heart burn pain in chest before gasping and breathing also a gastro problem why it is so and what to do for this
Hi Mr Gopal, You seem to be suffering from GERD where stomach acid refluxes into your food pipe. Sometimes the acid can travel to your mouth, especially when sleeping and can go down to your windpipe . This will result in spasm of the throat and gasping. You need treatment with an antacid (pantocid) and a pro-kinetic (perinorm, domperidone). If this fails you will need surgery (Fundoplication).

I got into a fight earlier and the person tried to rip my esophagus out. I heard a popping noise and its hard yo swallow. Feels swollen inside. Is this serious%3F
Hello, The windpipe and the oesophagus are just in front and back of each other, so you may suffered damage to the airways. Cold compress in front of the neck may help if there is a bruise. Please see a doctor or go to the ER to ensure there is no airway damage that can be done via different imaging techniques. Best Wishes.
