Thanks for writing your query.
You should avoid oily foods.
Foods which may be helpful are foods rich in fibres, Vitamin C, Omega-3 fatty acids.
Almonds, walnuts, olive oil, legumes, fat free yoghurt, proactive margarine, soybeans, cabbage, broccoli, spinach all help to reduce the level of harmful lipids.
A regular exercise is also very beneficial.
I hope this is helpful to you.
What do you recommend for highcholesterolpatients who dont want to take medication ?
welcome to HCM,
Individual with highcholesterol levels should adopt some life style modifications like
1.Eat food rich in fibers
2.Avoid food rich in fat
3.Physical activity of minimum 30 mins for at least 5 days in a week.
These measures should help to reduce the cholesterol levels in the body, if it is not coming down you may need medications after consulting your doctor.
Can you advise me good herbal medicine for high colostrol and diabetese. I have been taking alopsthiv medicine but all give me side effects
For highcholesterol, unless genetic, controlling food habits and lifestyle is the best alternative.
