Hello and welcome to HCM,
Burning sensation and pain on left breast radiating to your suggests nerve related problem.
Usually cardiac / heart problem present in such a way i.e. pain in chest radiating down to the arm/neck.
However, at an age of 29, it is unlikely to have cardiac ailment.
But you can get an cardiac examination in case no other cause can be found.
Thanks and take care
What causes electric shock feeling through my keft arm
It could be a pinched nerve, an electrolyte disturbance or even continuous pressure on the nerves and muscles in the leftarm.
