a typical chest pain with an increase in heart rate
chest pain at your age group is mostly because of muscle pain in chest muscle or because of indigestion reflux problem.
reflux can present like chest pain. use tab pantoprazole twice daily before meals if chest pain is associated with food.
if you feel like chest pain not decreasing, and any associated symptoms go for ecg and chest x ray .
these test will rule out most of the problems
