Can fish oil supplements lead to weight gain?
I have been taking Fish Oil supplements over a long period. I am 72 years and weigh 63 kilos medium height but have gained a few kilos of weight around my abdomen spreading over the last year or so could this weight gain be caused from my taking my fish oil supplement.

For the fish I could say, yes fish is much better food than any other, but fro the vitamin tab. why to take it if it is not indicative instead you can try some fresh fruits, and dry fruits too. have nice food bye.
