hello and welcome to HCM,
give us some more information as a stomachache can be due to many causes:
1. Did you have any food from outside or anything different?
2. Do you have fever/ loose stools/ vomitting?
3. What medications have you started?
please get back to me
meanwhile you may take an anti reflux tablet for immediate pain relief

is having a stomachache a common symptom of a brain tumor. like what symptoms do you get before the stomachache if you have a brain tumor?
Stomachache is NOT a common symptom of a brain tumour, but certain brain tumours, especially of the autonomic nervous system, may produce a stomachache, high blood pressure, fast heart rate, sweating, etc. The usual symptoms of a brain tumour are headache, vomiting, and, at times, other neurological disturbances.
