These symptoms ( headache , chills, cold feet and sweats ) may be due to , these reasons , these include:
1 Common cold or flu i.e virus infection . Take paracetamol 5-6 day 500 mg tow three times in day.
2 Malaria get in blood film for malarial parasite for confirmation.
3 Urinary tract infection. Get in urine examination for pus cells.
