Thanks for ur query. You probably suffered from traumatic osteoarthritis due to fall 10 mo back. You need to undergo an MRI/CT of the knee to see the extent of damage. Take anti-inflammatory drugs (such as Ibuprofen + Paracetamol) for 7-10 days; continue cold compresses; use a knee cap and give your knee some rest.
