The causes could be several. If you missed a period and are sexually active, please test for pregnancy. Gastric disturbances, anemia, infections etc. can be some other causes. Please see physician and get properly evaluated. Hope you find this information helpful.

This sounds like a very bad case of the flu. It can turn your whole body into aches and pains, much like you are describing on your back, and the fever & dizziness are the main symptoms. The best thing you can do is to rest,Drink plent of water, and take Prescribed medication after consulting doctor.You can take paracetamol 625mg for temporary relief.
