According to your height your weight is very less. it must be around 75 kg . to increase weight you should eat fat rich diet like chicken, meat etc. Increase your frequency of meal. Take something to eat after every 2 hour. Remember we need 2500 kcal/ day need for survival and 7000kcal need to gain one kg. make ur dietary schedule according to this.
