What Is The Best Way To Detox Before Delivery From Over Exposure Of Drug ?

I'm 36 weeks pregnant, i recently moved out of my home because there was a very high level of abuse and drug abuse. Constant smoking all around me. No excuse i risked myself and my baby about a week ago i took a couple pulls. Now I'm worried when i go into labor me and my baby will come out positive for thc. Whats the best detox to use before that? That'll clean me and my baby completely not for open 3/4 hours windows?
