Nostril Pulsating And Eye Twitching When Stressed. Neurological Disorder?

My R nostril pulates all through the day. I compare it to an eye twitch when I m stressed but this has been going on for about a month straight now and I m worried that it could be some kind of neurological disorder (I am in the last semester of my clinicals at UCLA s nursing school, so I could be somewhat of a hypochondriac).

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your problem description. I suggest you not to worry too much. You could be right, that you are most likely having "internship syndrome" not hypochondriasis.

You might be over reading the twitching as neurological disorder. Eye twitching is normal if there is conditions such as Stress, Tiredness, Eye strain, Caffeine, Alcohol, Dry eyes, Nutritional imbalances and Allergies. For the last two you need to investigate. All others can be corrected by yourself. Try to have notes or log sheets about twitching incidents and it should help you.

Hope this clears your doubts. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
