You could be right, that you are most likely having internship syndrome not hypochondriasis. You might be over reading the twitching as neurological disorder. Eye twitching is normal if there is conditions such as Stress, Tiredness, Eye strain, Caffeine, Alcohol, Dry eyes, Nutritional imbalances and Allergies. For the last two you need to investigate. All others can be corrected by yourself. Try to have notes or log sheets about twitching incidents and it should help you. Hope this clears your doubts. Available for further clarifications.
