What Causes Excessive Stomach Gas With Foul Smelling Burps?

Hi my daughter some times has like this build up of gas in her stomach, the smell when she burps is terrble and i can smell this gas on her breath, this can built up for a day or two until she vomits and it goes away. the vomit is brown as there is a lot but the smell is like nothing you have experienced before. What could cause this?

The presence of brown vomiting signifies bleeding from the gastr-intestinal tract especially stomach and duodenum. It is likely to be due to acid peptic disease.
Acid suppressing agents like proton pump inhibitors like Lansoprozole along with gastric motility increasing drug like domperidone will provide the much needed relief.
