I have been diagnosed thru endoscopy with erythema of the stomach lining indicative of focal gastritis. What does that mean?
welcome to hcm
this is called peptic ulcer.
you have to take antacid yo cure it
avoid spicy food and irregular timing of food.
over counter pain killer should be avoided.
I am a patient of Antrum- Gastritis with Bile reflux. I want to know the remedies for this problem.
I prescribe Proton pump inhibitor like Rabeprazole along with Levosulpiride tablet to my patients with similar complaints.
Alcohol and smoking, spicy food, carbonated drinks etc have to be avoided.
You should take frequent small feeds.
It will come down.
Erosive gastritis was found in the Antrum and body of the stomach (535.40) multiple biopsies take out I'm worry
Excessive worry caffeine tea cola and irregular large fatty foods can cause erosive gastritis apart from consumption of pain killers and steroids.Erosive gastritis is rare part of the 'worrying findings' of a gastroscopy. 'Worrying aspects' are single ulcer, usually large and non-antral location of the ulcer. If any of above causative factors are present avoid them. You need proton-pump inhibitors.
