I have a lot of knee pain worse at night what can I take or do to help sleep!
Hi,There are many causes for pain with swelling in a single knee joint at this age group. Most common cause is Osteo-arthritis of knee joint.
Do regular physiotherapy of joints.
Hot bath of Epsom salts (magnesium sulphate)-Magnesium has both anti-inflammatory and anti- arthritic properties and it can be absorbed through the skin.
You can take anti-inflammatory drug like motrin to reduce pain .Doing hot fomatation and applying muscle relaxant gel will be helpful.
