If you have not taken any antibiotics, you should take one for a few days(i usually give azithromycin/amoxycillin+calvulonate to my patients, along with analgesics).
If you have already taken, try a different one.If multiple attempts failed, you pleas get it examined by an ENT surgeon. It may need intavenous antibiotics, some minor surgical procedures.use warm saline gargles .avoid cold drinks.
Ok so when i was little i used tweezers and plucked out my tastebuds idk why i did that but 2 years later iit still hasnt gone away will they grow back? ?

Enlargedtastebuds are absolutely normal. Acid reflux is one of the prime cause for enlargement. Please do not pluck those tastebuds.
