Can I take eldoper tablet to relieve an.upset tummy while breastfeeding? If not., which other medicine.can be used?
Hi, Eldoper contains the drug Loperamide, which is not advised to use when breastfeeding. Instead, you can use tasectan or pepto bismol if you have diarrhea. If your stomach keeps being upset, take: - herbal mixture tea for upset stomach (can find otc) - find what is causing your stomach to be upset (bad food? GERD/reflux/gastritis? viral infection?) All the best! Dr.Albana
