Hello Right hip pain with back pain in a 29 years old male may be due to renal calculus ( stone ) , appendicitis , muscular sprain or dick pain( L5 -S1 ) . Get in urine examination complete , if nothing abnormal , no renal pain. Wait for another 5-6 day , if pain aggravate then consult an orthopedic surgeon and get his opinion.
