Burning Pain In Lower Abdomen, Back Pain, Pain Is Worse At Night. Causes For Symptoms?
I have a burning pain in my left lower abdomen and dull pain in my lower back. This sometimes occurs before and after my period but never when I have my period. Some months I don t have it, and some months I do. The pain seems to be worse at night or when I lie down. My periods are regular, not particularly heavy and I don t suffer from extensive pain when I have them. What could this problem be?

As this is associated with peeiods its nothing but dysmennorhoea. Go to the gync and make ur pelvic sonography done which will rule out the exact cause of pain.
