Hi Jeremy ! I am Dr Shareef answering your query.
From your history, it seems that you have contacted some kind of fungal infection. For this you have to go for some anti fungal cream after being examined by your family physician. I would also suggest you to go for a blood sugar test as a routine. Also please keep the area clean and dry. Take care.
i have loads of red itchy spots on arm and leg
Thanks for the query.
The spots are most likely insect bites. However, write back with answers to the following:-
Are these spots of recent occurrence? did you go into thick vegetation, just prior to occurrence of spots? Do you have bed bugs? Spots raised, roundish with raised rims?
Take Tab Ceterizine 10mg thrice daily for 5-7 days; apply Lactocalamine lotion.
