Double vision with dizziness

Based on the symptoms, it does not look serious. However, if you develop vomiting or double vision or fits or weakness of arm or leg, you should get a CT scan of brain done.

If your symptoms are minor and not affecting your work, then, you can join work. However, if your double vision is interfering with reading, writin, etc, then, you can take another one or two weeks off.
