I read your query and you had seen screch on your child, though it is not clear weather it is a dog bite or any other screch.here tetvac injection is must and if your dog is already vaccinated than don't worry and obseve the dog for further step. On the other hand if dog is previously not vaccinated than your child shoud be given vaccination course.
