i can understand your concern.
As per your A1c you are in a stage of pre
diabetes.
The good news is this pre diabetes is reversible to certain extent.
weight reduction and exercise are very important in reversal of pre diabetes to normal state.
ok regarding watermelon its a good fruit but having high
glycemic index.
Watermelon has a high GI, but compared to other foods you might eat, it doesn’t have as much
carbohydrate because it is mainly water.
so limit your intake not more than 100 gms per day.
fruits contain natural sugar called fructose which is good if taken in moderate quantities,but if you consume in more quantity this fructose will change into
glucose in body which is not good.
