You are probably suffering from GERD with consequent absorption defects. This leads to vitamin B12 deficiency which can be the cause of your problems.
Take Tab Mecobal-OD 1 tablet daily x 1 month.
Please forward a detailed history for reaching to a firm diagnosis and effective treatment.
None of the other drugs cause the symptoms.

I'm b12 and d3 deficient I am just 28, all my joint pains severely whenever I do weight lifting Or heavy work I pull muscle and it take forever to recover
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Vitamin B 12 depletion may cause anemia ( along iron) , so generalized pain may be.
Vitamin D 3 deficiency may cause bone pain ,but not in joints .
So take Vitamins ( both) . Get in blood for calcium level .
Still you feel pain in multiple joints then consult an ortho.
