PMS symptoms can be managed but not cured completely.
Avoid caffeine,alcohol etc.Eat more of fresh fruits and vegetables.Drink plenty of water.eat healthy diet and take calcium rich foods,correct anemia,take VIT B.
Do regular exercises.Can take pain killers and anti depressants after consulting your doctor.Do local heat therapy by heating pads.
