Dizzy Spells When Looking Down Or Turning, Chest Contusion With Bruised Ribs. Is This Concerning?

Hi I was in a car accident last night got taken to the er. I have dizzy spells wen I look down and when when turning my was to either side when laying down. I also have a burning pain on the right side o my ribs but just told was a chest contusion bruised ribs should I be worried?
