If both are ok, then you may have to go for some blood tests like your lipid profile, CBC and also a cardiac check up if advised by your family physician. Wishing you an early recovery.

This symptom pertains to blood pressure difference in sitting and standing position usually due to decreased blood volume owing to dehydration as in vomiting , loose motion etc. Kindly get yourself checked by your GP....
