Stomach Pain, Hard Stomach. Diagnosis?

Hello, i am a 21 year old male who has a sharp stomach pains that started few months a go where it would come for 15 seconds and than it will go. Than it disappeared, but the pain was so bad that i would roll into a little ball hoping it will stop. When i went to see my doctor he said that it was because i had a cold . But now it has come back and I had it for a whole day, but the pain seems to be moving from the right side to my left side. As well as that my stomach seems to feel hard. Do you have any idea what the diagnoses are? thank you for your time.

Dear friend, welcome to HCM.
does the pain move from the mid back (flanks) to the groin?
do you have sweating/ nausea/ vomitting?
do you have fever?
if it is colocky ( twisting pain, comes and goes ), it is likely a colic and you will need evaluation , lab, USG etc. to look for stone disease.
also there are many differentials in the abdominal pain. pl. see your Doc in person and get checked.
I hope to have helped you. pl. keep me posted on the progress..
good luck.
