Can Tingling In Testicles And Bleeding From Rectum Be Signs Of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease?

do men get pelvic inflammatory disease because I have tingling on the testicles and bleed from the rectum also and have constant diarrhea burning of the colon burning during urination and a foul odor .I have seen specialist and they don't find nothing I have taken many antibiotics and still have the symptoms
