My cervix is inflamed and was bleeding during a pap smear. Possible hpv. My period is two days late, could this due to the inflammation or could I be pregnant?

The symptoms are more suggestive of an inflammation, called as cervicitis. A course of antibiotics may be required.
Please see a gynaecologist if bleeding recurs, or if you do not get periods in the next few days.

What test returned positive? And your doctor should be looking for conditions like infections, polyps, fibroids, myoma, endometriosis, adenomyosis, etc. A urine test, vaginal swab test, pap smear and transvaginal ultrasound (TVS) might be required.
