Thank you

Please understand that the cause of headache could be so many, like migrain, cluster headache, brain infection, braion tumor, problem in the blood vessels of the brain. A normal MRI rules out brain tumor, problem of blood vessels in your brain and that is quite good for you in the sense that you donot have any major serious cause of headache. The other possibility , based upon the data you have prvided, i was thinking is that of tension headache. If your ENT specialist has ruled out any sinus infection, which can cause headache, i think you will benefit from a cours of amitryptiline. You can start this medicine as 10 mg to start with for 3 days then 25 mg for 3 days and then 50 mg for 6 months.
Hope this will help you
