Gastritis in generally is managed with Lifestyle changes like eating smaller meals, more frequently, staying away from spice, caffeine, oils etc. If that doesn't work, you could try OTC meds like Ranitidine and Omeprazol. If none of those work.. then you need to get to your GI doc and get an endoscopy done.

Hi,The pains that you have described are likely to be due to a muscular pain most likely caused by a wrong body posture. Taking mild pain killers and muscle relaxants will bring a short term relief. Regular stretching exercise will be helpful.
