What do we need to care if have high levels of cholestrol ?
Exercise regulsrly altleast 40minutes per day for 5 days a week.
eat low fat and dairy products.
Increase complex carbohydrates and fiber.
Add fish to your diet.
Avoid palm and coconut oils.
Reduce salt intake.
