Low Diastolic Blood Pressure

my mother is getting a reading of 88/42 when she monitors her blood pressure. I know that her diastolic blood pressure is very low and I am looking for a possible explanation. Is this something she should see a doctor about right away? She is under the care of a cardiologist and significantly overweight. She is also experiencing sudden pain and stiffness in her left arm and shoulder. Please help ASAP? A concerned daughter....

Yes it is very low and it is better if you take her for a check up.

Im 19years old,
i just finished my cardio workout and took my bp.
it was 105/35
im very worried.
