Hello
welcome to health care magic
Posterior nasal bleeds are usually seen in the elderly people who have either diabetes or hypertension,,but not at this age..
But presence of severe nasal bleeds at this age might be a clotting factor deficiency ..
or
I will ask you 1 question that whether posterior nasal bleeds happens every month at the time of periods or not...
If yes then you have endometrial like tissue in nose also(although very rare).
If not it might be a clotting factor deficiency
For more suggestions you have to consult gynecologist..don't neglect
Hope you satisfied with my answer
Thank you
