Hi.
Your right kidney has a gross abnormality.
Are you suffering from hypertension?
Multiple cortical cysts have reduced the flow to the right kidney , which might have lead to to the almost on-functioning, so the renal artery is nor developed or gone into reduction in size as this is the way the body reacts.
So how would the body cope = this is by overworking of the remaining i.e the left kidney which goes into hypertrophy= extra work leading to enlargement, again the nature's way to help the body to have normal functions.
But the left kidney too has cortical cysts.
You need to consult the Urologist as soon as possible to have further treatment, which may help you if you take this in time.
