Stiff Neck, Headache, Nausea, Metallic Taste In Mouth, Type Two Diabetes. Causes?

My symptoms started a week ago with a stiff neck and bad headache . Have had nausea for 4 day and metal taste in my mouth. Nausea, headache, and stiff neck got better. Slight return of headache, nausea, and metal taste today. I have been to dr. I am type II diabetic. He ordered bloodwork last Friday. Still no answer. I am getting really nervous. Any ideas?
