Usually post the recovery time after surgery on deviated nasal septum is 7 to 10 days. Whereas the surgery of sinuses will take about two weeks. YOu can do all your routine day today work without any hassles. Only thing you should take care is to avoid injury to nose, harsh nose blowing, nose picking, etc.
