If the dent is paining then get an xray of the skull and see what is the problem.
Generally a dent like this is not painful

Hi, It does depend upon the dent how deep it is, still you are fine and able to use you cell phone to ask question means you are fine. Serious symptoms are if you have 1)loss of consciousness ,2) vomiting, 3) dizziness or 4) rapid changes in blood pressure. In case of depression of skull please visit near by physician.
